Any individual or entity may submit a notice of alleged illegal content using the in-app reporting button (available on every video, comment, profile, and message) or by emailing [email protected]. Notices must include the URL/identifier of the content and an explanation of why the content is illegal.
Whenever content is restricted or removed, Cholbe provides the affected creator with a detailed Statement of Reasons specifying the legal or guideline basis, whether automated tools were used, and instructions on filing an internal appeal within six months.
