We collect information you provide directly, such as your email address (or the name and email Google or Apple share when you sign in with them), username, date of birth (collected through our neutral age gate), profile biography, and uploaded media.
Cholbe enforces zero-tolerance policies for underage users. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of 13. For minor accounts aged 13 to 17, behavioral ad tracking and personalized commercial profiling are strictly disabled.
In compliance with Apple App Store Guideline 5.1.1(v) and Google Play policy, users can initiate immediate account deletion inside the Cholbe mobile app at any time (Profile → Settings → Account → Delete Account). A 30-day grace period is provided, after which all profile data, media, comments, and telemetry are permanently purged.
