By accessing or using Cholbe (চলবে), available via mobile applications published by Walletmix Limited and web services at cholbe.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not access or use the platform.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Cholbe. If you are between 13 and 17 years old, you may only use Cholbe with the consent of your parent or legal guardian, and your account will automatically be set to private by default, with restrictions on direct messaging, virtual gifting, and live streaming.
You retain ownership of the content you upload to Cholbe. By posting content, you grant Walletmix Limited a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, transcode, display, and distribute your content across our platform and Content Delivery Network.
All digital goods, coins, and subscriptions purchased within the iOS and Android mobile applications are processed exclusively through Apple StoreKit 2 and Google Play Billing in accordance with respective platform developer policies.
