Before making a reservation with Cholbe website (an booking/reservation channel of Cholbe), we encourage you to read these Term service carefully, as client constitute a contract agreement between Cholbe and the Client from the time the booking is made. The person who makes the booking accepts these conditions on behalf of all the people in the group and is responsible for all payments due. The purchase of any travel services offered by Cholbe constitutes a contractual arrangement between the Client and Cholbe and represents the Client’s acceptance of the term service set out herein.

ABOUT US: “Cholbe websit” is the online booking channel of Cholbe, which is the duly licensed for operation of Travel Agency by the Ministry of Civil Aviation Authority, Government People’s Republic of Bangladesh. We are also an IATA (International Association of Travel Agency) Accredited Travel Agency. Cholbe also ATAB (Association of Travels Agency) member.

BOOKING ACCURACY: Passenger is required to immediately review all aspects of their booking to verify (but not limited to): passenger names, mailing address, email address, telephone number, date of birth, pricing, airfare, arrival/departure airports, accommodations, and organized activities on your booking receipt. Please notify to Cholbe immediately if any omissions and/or corrections are needed regarding the booking details. Passenger(s) voluntarily assumes full & sole responsibility for any and all risks and/or costs involved with failure to report such errors and/or omissions. Passenger is required to verify the accuracy of the passenger’s LEGAL first & last names.

Cholbe not in position to be issued some airlines outstation tickets like Emirates, Saudi Arabian Airlines, but be issued asking airlines tickets at our home station i.e. any places of Bangladesh territory. Beside we only issued tickets on our capping status airlines. On any urgent air tickets, it is strongly recommended to our overseas clients please notify us immediately about your urgent booking/reservation/ticket plan, also requested to our clients to send us passport copy for any international travels either individuals/groups/package purpose.

TRAVEL DOCUMENTS: Passenger/s assumes sole responsibility to independently confirm all documentation requirements for all passport, visa, vaccination (If required), or other entry and/or travel requirements of each destination. Passenger/s assumes sole responsibility for, and hereby releases Cholbe from any claims or responsibility for any and all damages incurred as a result of Passenger/s failure to comply with applicable documentation requirements, including but not limited the requirement that all Passengers procure, and have on their person the proper travel documents at all times.

ASSISTANCE: If you're in difficulty for booking /reservation ask us to help we will provide appropriate assistance, and helping you to find alternative arrangements and any necessary phone calls/emails.

PAYMENT: Please note that all bookings require a Down Payment of 50% of the total single/package price at the time of the booking. If the booking occurs less than 7 days before the Client’s arrival date FULL payment is required. Cholbe accepts Visa, Credit, Master Card, Bank Transfer, bkash, Rocket, Mcash. Cholbe holds reservations until “Deposit Due Date” indicated on your confirmation. If deposit/payment is not received by Cholbe on or before the Deposit Due Date, reservations are automatically cancelled. Please contact us immediately, and in advance of your payment due date, if you will be unable to meet this obligation. Without limitation, Passenger/s voluntarily holds Cholbe harmless for cancellation of any booking for either late payment or declination of a credit card.

AIR TRANSPORT: Airline tickets are highly restrictive, non-transferable and some tickets non-refundable and some tickets refundable with penalty charge, according by airlines rules. Passenger is responsible for any such fees. Modification of passenger names, dates, times, routings, or departure/arrival airports are at the sole discretion of the airline and, if permitted, will likely be subject to a substantial change fee. Passenger is responsible for any such fees. With regard to the purchase of air tickets, Cholbe acts simply as an intermediary between you and the airline.

AIRLINE E-TICKETS: International and domestic airlines are replacing paper tickets with electronic tickets called e tickets. All passengers travelling on an e ticket will be required to produce photo identification/passports/visa at check in.

VALIDITY OF PRICES: All rates quoted or shown in our tariffs are based on current prices. Cholbe reserves the right to alter or change already published prices on the website without notice in the event of currency fluctuation, government taxes, or any such costs increases that is outside Cholbe control. Cholbe reserves the right to alter routes, itineraries or departure times without prior notice should this be necessary due to weather or other reasons that are beyond Cholbe ‘ control. Please notice that in the case of changes of flights, the passenger is responsible for any additional costs that become payable as a result of such changes.

TRAVELLING WITH CHILDREN: If the Client is travelling with children/s (from 2 years old to 11 years old), it is important to known us at the time of booking, as there is a charge regulated to his/her booking.

INFANTS: We ask parents travelling with infants to bring with them the appropriate food for their child, as they may not be able to find it at their destination. You should request this when making your reservation, though we cannot confirm the availability of such services.

PREGNANT WOMEN: Cholbe advises pregnant women to consult their doctors before making any reservation, in order to confirm that it is appropriate for them participate in the Trip. You agree that Cholbe will not be liable for any damages arising from inability to participate in any or all of the Trip due to pregnancy or related illness and no compensation will be payable under such circumstances.

CANCELLATION POLICIES: All cancellations or no-shows are subject to penalties imposed by the supplier. All cancellations MUST be in writing and sent to Cholbe by phone +880 17109962797 or by email to info@cholbe.com. Upon making the booking, Passenger(s) hereby accept & acknowledge liability for all cancellation fees imposed by airlines/supplier. Your cancellation will be confirmed via email when processed.

CANCELLATION FEES - If you cancel your booking you may incur a cancellation charge. The amount of this charge will vary depending on when the cancellation is made and the terms and conditions of the supplier of travel services or product. If you are entitled to a refund please note Cholbe is unable to provide you with funds until they are received from the supplier.

PASSENGERS WITH DISABILITIES: Cholbe makes every reasonable effort to accommodate all passengers’ needs. We assume no responsibility for injury or any inconvenience in this regard. We cannot guarantee hotel rooms for our customers with disabilities either when booking and overnight trip with hotel accommodation included. However, we will do our very best to try to reserve the appropriate room, if available. Passengers with disabilities and/or any other health issues must advise and inform Cholbe by email at the time of making the reservation.

PURCHASE: We cannot accept responsibility for any items that the Client may purchase locally i.e.: jewelry, food, souvenir items etc. and the quality and value of such cannot be guaranteed. We recommend that the Client check whether or not any extra charges will be payable for import duty or freight and we are unable to assist with any costs that the Client may incur in this respect

HEALTH AND TRAVEL INSURANCE: Client must ensure that the Client is aware of any health requirements and recommended precautions relevant to your travel and ensure that the Client carries all necessary vaccination documentation. In some cases, failure to present required vaccination documentation may deny you entry into a country.

In case the Client decides to obtain travel insurance, it should be noted that that Cholbe acts as a mere facilitator and that the contract of travel insurance is directly between the Client and the insurer. Client should check all the details of the travel insurance and in case of any error or lapse, report the same to be communicated to the Insurer directly and get the same rectified by them, as Cholbe would not be responsible for the same. If the Client declines travel insurance, Client may be required to sign a disclosure. All Clients not possessing valid travel insurance are travelling at their own risk.

LUGGAGE: Luggage is transported at travellers' risk, therefore it is recommended to insure the luggage with an insurance company. The tour operator is not responsible for damaged or lost luggage nor for the theft of luggage or valuables in the hotel (safe rent recommended). In the case of damaged or lost luggage, he addresses the transporter, airline, or the reception of the accommodation object, depending where the damage or loss occurred.

COMPLAINTS: Our main goal is to provide our Clients with excellent services. If our Clients, for any reason, are not satisfied with our holiday package, we would like to hear about it. We recommend our Client to contact us as soon as any incident occurs. All complaints must reach Cholbe within 10 days after Client’s departure. Otherwise, any complaints will not be valid. If a problem arises during Client’s trip, please contact us immediately, so that we can assist you. All notices and communications shall be in writing, in English and shall deemed given if delivered personally or by messenger.

RESPONSIBILITY: It is your responsibility to ensure that you and everyone travelling with you have valid passports, appropriate visas and vaccinations. Your specific passport and visa requirements, and other immigration requirements are your responsibility and you should confirm these with the relevant Embassies and/or Consulates. We do not accept any responsibility if you cannot travel because you have not complied with any passport, visa or immigration requirements. Some countries require your passport to have two blank pages for a visa stamp. As a result, if you are travelling in more than one country that requires this you will need to have more blank pages - for example, if you visit South Africa and Namibia,

You are responsible for ensuring that any existing medical conditions or disabilities which may require assistance are declared to us before you book your holiday or, if newly diagnosed, before your due date of departure so that we can pass these details on to our suppliers in good time. We are not in any circumstances liable if any carrier refuses you or any member of your party as a passenger as a result of any medical condition or disability..

You are responsible for your behavior and that of your party. We and our suppliers reserve the right to refuse your booking or the right to board or the right to travel and to remove you and/or any member of your party from any transport, accommodation or any part of your holiday if you or any member of your party is drunk or under the influence of drink or drugs; if you are or we reasonably believe that you are in unlawful possession of drugs; or are behaving violently, disruptively, dangerously or irresponsibly or in any manner whatsoever which presents a risk to you or others or is causing a nuisance or annoyance to others. No refund will be given, or compensation paid, and no costs or expenses for which you become liable or which are incurred by you will be made by us or be recoverable by you from us in such circumstances.

MODIFICATION OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS: The Terms of service may be amended or modified by Cholbe at any time without notice. It is therefore essential that you consult the Terms and Conditions prior to making each and every booking, particularly in order to ensure what provisions are in operation in case they have changed since the last time an order was placed by you. Only those who have accepted the Terms of service and affirmatively indicated their consent to be bound by the Terms of service may make a booking with Cholbe. Without this acceptance any order is subject to cancellation at any time.
