Child Safety Standards

Last updated: 6 November 2026 • Cholbe (চলবে) by Walletmix Limited

Zero tolerance

Cholbe has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sextortion, sexualising minors, and any attempt to contact a child for sexual purposes. This applies to videos, sounds, comments, profiles and direct messages.

How we prevent it

  • You must be at least 13 to use Cholbe, and we ask for a date of birth at sign-up.
  • Accounts under 18 start as private and can receive direct messages only from people they follow.
  • Every upload is checked by an automated nudity classifier before it can be public, and text is checked by a keyword filter.

How to report

In the app, report any video, comment, profile or message and choose Child safety. A video reported for child safety is hidden at once until a moderator has reviewed it. You can also block the account.

Without the app, email [email protected]. If a child is in immediate danger, contact your local police first.

What we do

  • Child-safety reports go to the top of our moderation queue.
  • Confirmed CSAE content is removed immediately and the account is permanently banned.
  • We report CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and to the relevant authorities, as the law requires, and preserve the evidence they need.
  • We cooperate with law enforcement requests made through proper legal channels.

Laws we follow

We comply with the child safety laws of the countries where Cholbe is available, including the law of Bangladesh, where Walletmix Limited is based.
